Death Of the SWOD?

Well not exactly Athletes and Warriors!

The only thing predictable in life is change so I find it best to initiate the change as opposed to becoming a victim of it.

I noticed your feedback from our Serious Workout Of The Day, and even though it seemed like a fun idea; I could quickly see that my execution of it was stale and boring and downright non-motivating.

So from this point forward we are going to share with you what many athletes and warriors from youth on up are doing to get bigger, stronger, leaner, meaner, lose fat, build muscle and just operate in these human bodies better. Many of these types of workouts can be found in the US Sports Online Strength and Conditioning System.

So we begin the festivities going Deep In Da' Heart of Texas to check out how the Texas Tech Lady Red Raiders are getting ready to mash in the 2018 Volleyball season. Thus Today's SWOD!

Players! If you are not training the right way in the off season you are giving your competition a leg up on you! Let's prevent this faux pas right now!

Volleyball

The Volleyball Program was built specifically for developing full body power for use in the sport of Volleyball. Within this program are Olympic movements like Power Cleans and Snatches. Also included are strength development exercises such as the Squat and Bench press. Finally, there are some fun exercises for fine tuning leg power such as the plyometric exercises Tuck Jumps and Static Squat Jumps. The starting point of the Volleyball Program is based on your initial fitness level. With feedback, the actual progression of the program will follow the body's unique adaptation process to exercise. Fine tune the program to include all the exercises that feel the best!
