New Volt (Athletics) Update


Volt’s intelligent training app got a whole new look this week — thanks to your awesome feedback!

In our latest update, we’ve created a revamped, seamless workout experience. We want to help you be efficient in the weight room, so we’ve given you a quick workout overview, along with a more detailed set-by-set outline, to see exactly what each training session has in store.

We’ve also added a view of your individualized year-long training plan. Your Volt plan uses periodization (a scientific method of organizing your training to produce optimal results) and is personalized to your needs, schedule, sport, and goals. This new display of your periodized plan sits right above your training session overview, and lets you see what you’ve done, what you’re doing, and where you’re going!
