How To Drop Up To 20 Pounds-Lifestyle Change Transformed Father’s Body


So excited to share with you today Bucky’s Transformation. In 12 weeks he dropped nearly 20 lbs, 10% body fat and 5.5″ off his stomach. Very proud of you my friend!!

Weight Loss- 185 to 168

Body Fat% Loss-22% to 12%

Inches Loss- Waist 38-33.5

I was approaching 38 years old, closing in on our 9 year anniversary and raising a toddler. Our family has been really blessed and we are grateful for everything we have accomplish, but I knew something was still off. I was completely drained at the end of the day from running my different companies staying focused on my goals and striving to be the best husband and father I could be. I knew it was time to make some changes. I had been very lean most of my life until the wife became pregnant a few years back and I put on nearly 30 pounds. I never could keep it off after that. The impact of those extra pound was taking a toll on me physically and starting to effect me mentally.

My business’s were growing strong and we were blessed as a family but I knew something kept holding me back from being the best I could be. I decided that it was time for lifestyle change and focus on putting healthy food into my body and building a strong fit body.

The biggest challenge for me was to cut out the alcohol and quit eating fast food. I was mentally ready and knew with a fit body my mind would perform even better. The first 2 weeks I was ready to quit. My muscles were so sore and I was craving greasy food and ready to drink some beers. I held strong and pushed through the next couple weeks and knew after that I was going to reach my goal. Every time I thought about drinking a couple beers I would recall how hard I have worked and how easy it would be to break the healthy habits. Good habits can die quickly, I knew just having a couple beers it would lead me to eating junk food then I would be set back several weeks or worse just stop the program. Deep down I was committed to accomplishing my goal and I was determined to do what it took to make it happen.

The impact was amazing not only did my energy level take off but my mind was more clear than it had been in years. My body changing also spiced up the romance, and has inspired my wife to start the journey of eating right and living healthy with me. It was also the best quarter that my business’s has ever had. Its exciting to see the impact this transformation has had on my life just in these short 3 months.

Want something different BE DIFFERENT then. You’re the only person that can make the change. Be an example of change and help others do the same.
