Strengthcast Powerminute On Today's Presentation we take a look at a very practical and applicable exercise: The Cable Low-Pulley Torso Twists Part of many of the US Sports Online Strength and Conditioning Programs. http://www.FitnessGenerator.com/UsSportsRadio

Cable Low Pulley Torso Twists Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width, and a slight bend in your knees perpendicular, with your right shoulder to one stack of a cable crossover. Hold a handle that is attached to the lower pulley with both hands. Keep a slight bend in your elbows as you pull the handle, twisting your torso, from your lower right to your upper left or lower left to upper right if your left shoulder is facing the stack.
